At present, the actual total output of domestic spunbonded nonwovens is 2,663,194 tons, of which the actual output of PP spunbonded nonwovens is 1,900,080 tons, accounting for 71.35% of the total amount of spunbonded fabrics; the actual output of PET spunbonded nonwovens is 294,695 tons. , accounting for 11.07% of the total amount of spunbonded fabric; the actual output of online composite SMS nonwoven fabric is 468,419 tons, accounting for 17.59% of the total amount of spunbonded fabric.
In 2016, the actual production capacity of China's spunbonded nonwovens was 68.25% of production capacity, slightly higher than 67.55% of the previous year. According to analysis, the increase in capacity utilization rate and more new equipment that meets market demand can be put into operation in the first half of the year. related. It is also related to the increase in demand in the Eisai market and the relatively large orders.
The statistics for 2016 reflect the significant increase in the average production scale of enterprises, especially in recent years, the rapid development of new enterprises through the scale. According to statistics, the number of enterprises with actual output exceeding 10,000 tons has reached 63, an increase of 13 over last year. Among them, there are 3 enterprises with more than 50,000 tons and 16 enterprises with 2 to 50,000 tons.

Industrial structure changes have many characteristic

As a conventional single-head PP spunbonded nonwoven fabric product that has been the main product of the industry for many years, with the increase in the penetration rate of sanitary and medical products, the output of coil products produced by multi-die equipment will soon surpass that of single-die equipment. According to estimates, in the PP products, the output of the Chinese medical and health spunbond materials (including the SMS category) and the conventional single-head spunbond fabric will be equally divided.
According to statistics, the main uses of conventional single-head spunbonded cloth in 2016 include packaging, building materials, agricultural use, etc. The output has increased slightly by about 3%. Although it is far less than the growth rate of medical and health materials, the market demand is stable.
2 medical textile spunbond nonwovens will become the main force
In recent years, the country has fully liberalized the two-child policy, attaching importance to the factors of healthy old-age care and consumption upgrading, and the textile and textile spunbond nonwoven fabric has become an eye-catching growth highlight.
According to statistical data analysis, the current textile and textile spunbond nonwoven fabrics account for nearly half of PP spunbond fabrics, with a growth rate of about 20% in 2016. In the past five years, most of the new investment in enterprises has pointed to multi-mode equipment, and the nonwoven fabric produced by domestic multi-die equipment has been accepted by downstream customers.

4 equipment manufacturing level still needs to work hard to improve

The equipment manufacturing technology has gradually matured and obtained considerable returns. The promotion and application of multi-die technology has produced good results. Social benefits have also accelerated the pace of technological innovation in the entire industry. The investment enthusiasm for multi-die equipment has not diminished, and there is still room for expansion.
At present, domestic equipment manufacturers have introduced the latest types of spinning systems and hot rolling mills. Winding machines, slitting machines, and network forming machines are also equipped with new types of drives, network forming systems, and domestically developed three-roller-shaped three-rollers. The hot rolling mill greatly reduces the roll change time, significantly improves the efficiency, eliminates the safety risk of the operation, and improves the overall technical level of the production line. This is an important step forward.
But compared to international advanced technology, we still have to admit that the gap is very big. At present, the speed of imported equipment is up to 1000 m/min, and there is no model for domestic equipment that can run stably at a production speed of 600 m/min.
5 high-end products are becoming increasingly competitive
At present, the spunbond or spun-melt nonwoven fabric coil enterprises have made breakthroughs in the soft skin-friendly, elastic and smooth, moisture-conducting and breathable properties of the products, and the sales volume has increased steadily, but the high-end market of sanitary products seems to recognize the hot air. Cloth and cotton spunlace, consumers have a soft spot for fluffy softness.
Now, the price of hot air cloth on the market is almost double that of spunlaced cloth, but such a price difference does not seem to affect the selection of high-end products by high-end consumer groups. In order to compete for the high-end market, the domestic hot air fabric production capacity has also increased rapidly. Some enterprises in the industry have invested in hot air cloth production lines, and more enterprises have accelerated the pace of research and development and continuously introduced new products.
