What is the difference between a Spunlaced non-woven fabric and a needled nonwoven fabric

Acupuncture is a kind of dry non-woven fabrics, non-woven fabric is the use of puncture needle acupuncture effect, fiber net fluffy reinforcement into cloth. It can be used for geotextile, geomembrane, sound blanket, embroidered cotton, garment cotton, leather base cloth and special cloth for filtering materials.

Needled Spunbonded nonwovens are formed after polymer has been extruded and stretched to form continuous filament. The filament is laid into mesh, and the mesh is transformed into non-woven fabric by self bonding, thermal bonding, chemical bonding or mechanical reinforcement. The most common and most commonly used applications are non-woven bags, nonwovens packaging and so on, and are also easy to identify, because spunbonded non-woven fabrics are diamond shaped.

Spunlaced nonwovens: Spunlaced technology is to spray high pressure and tiny water flow to one or more layers of fiber network, so that fibers intertwined together, so that the fiber mesh can be strengthened and has some strength. Spunlaced nonwovens, which are the most ideal products of natural pure plant cellulose and napkin, are the most ideal fashion products such as hotels, hotels, restaurants, beauty salons, gymnasiums, airports, families and so on.
